Currently working with a leading insurance firm that is actively seeking an experienced Actuarial Analyst to join their Actuarial Department. This role is essential for supporting ratemaking and loss reserving functions and requires collaboration with the Marketing, Underwriting, Information Services, and Finance departments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop rate indications for various lines of business.
- Analyze company and industry loss experience and trends.
- Manage the rate change process and document rate adjustments.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or Ph.D. in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Exams: Completion of at least two actuarial exams required
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with MS Access, SQL, or Visual Basic.
