Equity Research Analyst

💰 Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 (Base + Bonus)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Equity Research Analyst to join our team in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth fundamental research on public companies, analyzing industry trends, and generating investment ideas. You will work closely with portfolio managers and senior analysts to support the investment decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed financial analysis, including financial modeling, valuation, and forecasting.
Perform fundamental research on companies and industries, evaluating business models, competitive positioning, and market trends.
Analyze financial statements, earnings reports, and macroeconomic data to identify key drivers of performance.
Develop and maintain relationships with company management, industry experts, and sell-side analysts.
Prepare research reports, investment memos, and presentations for internal use.
Monitor and track portfolio holdings, providing timely updates and insights.
Participate in investment team discussions and contribute to portfolio construction decisions.

Qualifications:

1-5 years of experience in equity research, investment banking, asset management, or related fields.
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
CFA designation or progress toward CFA is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
