VP/Director, Equity Linked Solutions
Role:
- Originate and structure equity-linked products, including convertible bonds and exchangeable bonds.
- Lead the execution of equity-linked transactions, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with corporate issuers and institutional investors.
- Provide strategic advice and market insights to clients on equity-linked products.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including ECM, DCM, legal, and compliance, to ensure seamless transaction execution.
- Conduct due diligence, prepare marketing materials, and manage the syndication process.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in equity-linked products or related investment banking roles.
- Strong understanding of equity-linked products and capital markets.
- Proven track record of successfully executing equity-linked transactions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English; proficiency in Cantonese is a plus.
