A global proprietary trading firms is on the hunt for an exceptional Trading Operations Specialist to become a pivotal part of the technology team supporting multiple trading desks in their Chicago office. You will work alongside senior researchers, developers, and traders facilitating the continued support and further optmization of trading operations and work-flows.
In this permanent role, you will:
- Provide crucial trade support ensuring smooth operation across various platforms including crypto trading desks.
- Utilize Python programming skills for scripting, automation, or data analysis enhancing operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with both tech teams and traders fostering effective communication channels.
You will Need:
- 2+YOE working in either risk management of font/middle/back office support with exchange-trade and derivatives
-Experience with Python, Linux and Version Control
-Experience working in a supporting capacity within a active trading environment
-Bachelor's in finance, computer science, math, economics or other related quantitative field equivalent
-Expertise in analysis and implementation of solutions
