This role will play a critical part in maintaining and leading the company's Third party risk management program. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders, business unit leaders and team members in an effort to drive mitigation efforts against potential third party risks.
Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and manage third-party risk management procedures
- Perform comprehensive risk assessments for third-party products and services, including financial, security, and technology risks.
- Implement ongoing monitoring and periodic reassessments of vendor performance and risk profiles.
- Review vendor documentation, prepare regular risk reports, and communicate recommendations to management and departments.
- Keep accurate records of all activities and continuously improve the risk management program using best practices and new technologies.
- Work with Legal, IT, and Information Security teams to address and report on specific risk areas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in a related field.
- Atleast 4 years of experience in Third Party Risk Management in the financial serices industry.
- Strong analytical and communicative skills with demonstrated understanding of relevant risk assessment methodologies and standards.
- Professional Certifications such as a CISA, CISSP, or other relevant certifications.
