Technology Operations Associate
Job Brief:
A successful RIA is seeking a Technology Operations Associate to help manage and enhance their growing technology platform. The individual will focus on administering core applications-such as portfolio accounting, CRM, and reporting systems-to maximize efficiency and usability. You will provide support on IT-related projects and serve as a valuable resource during periods of increased demand.
Key Responsibilities:
Technology Stack Administration
- Oversee key applications within our tech environment.
- Perform ongoing maintenance tasks, manage user access and permissions, ensure data integrity, and apply periodic updates or improvements.
User Training & Support
- Serve as the primary resource for user inquiries, training, and best practices, helping team members quickly master new tools and functionalities.
- Train hires on our system
IT Overflow & Project Support
- Contribute to larger technology initiatives-such as system integrations, security enhancements, or hardware upgrades-by providing hands-on support and tactical execution.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Stay updated on the latest product updates, industry's best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the firm's tech stack remains current and effective; Proactively suggest enhancements
Qualifications
- Ability to dissect complex issues, interpret data, and develop clear solutions.
- Familiarity with financial services platforms (e.g., Orion, Black Diamond, Salesforce, eMoney, RedBlack), data analytics tools, and core office productivity suites (e.g., Office 365).
- Eager to explore platform features, adopt new technologies, and continuously refine your technical skill set.
