Company Overview: This firm started as a valuation-focused practice and expanded its capabilities in 2018 with the launch of their Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) division. They are a rapidly growing, close-knit firm that competes with the Big 4 while fostering a more inclusive and collaborative culture. With a growing team of 48-50 professionals, they are on track to expand to 65 by the end of this year. They emphasize internal promotions, professional growth, and a "work hard, play hard" mentality. Their TAS team, currently consisting of 30 professionals, is experiencing significant success and growth, particularly in buy-side transactions with middle-market private equity firms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generalist Role: Engage in a wide variety of transactions, including both buy-side and sell-side deals, predominantly in healthcare, construction, consumer goods, and tech/SaaS industries.
  • Transaction Advisory Services (TAS): Assist clients in managing and executing financial due diligence, M&A transactions, and portfolio company support, leveraging your expertise in TAS and generalist advisory.
  • Client Relationship Management: Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Take responsibility for leading client engagements and mentoring junior staff.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on market trends and contribute insights into strategic decisions for clients and the firm.
  • Growth Mindset: Contribute to the firm's rapid growth, with opportunities for internal mobility and promotions, while taking an active role in client and business development.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) or relevant advisory roles, ideally with a background in Generalist advisory (no audit backgrounds).
  • Experience in the healthcare, construction, consumer, or technology/SaaS industries is a plus.
  • Strong communication and client management skills.
  • A team player with a "work hard, play hard" attitude.
