Senior/Lead Quality Assurance Engineer
Selby Jennings is currently partnered with a leading investment bank in need of a Lead/Senior QA engineer to work on modernizing their existing infrastructure that supports the firm's data engineering efforts. In this role, you'll bring practical knowledge of agile development methodologies and engineering best practices. You'll work closely with the Development, Product and Testing team.
Note: The team is hiring for both QA leads and Senior QA engineers. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship to be considered
Responsibilities
- Build and implementation of robust automated test framework.
- Integration of automated test suites with the current build and deployment processes.
- Maintenance of automated tests to accommodate changes in system design and architecture.
- Design and publish meaningful metric to support automation test creation and execution.
- Build and implementation of performance test suites.
- Perform all types of testing - Functional. API, Automation, Performance and Load
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with Quality Assurance (QA) engineering delivery experience
- Solid Programming experience in Java or Python with focus on behavior driven development (BDD) ideally within continuous integration (CICD)
- Exposure to banking and/or finance environments preferred
