Position Overview:
My client is seeking a Senior Risk Control Consultant to join their team. This role involves providing comprehensive risk management services to support the growth and retention of their business. The consultant will work closely with clients to identify and mitigate risks, conduct thorough assessments, and provide actionable recommendations. This position requires both field and virtual assessments to collect insights and support underwriting decisions. The consultant will manage a portfolio of clients and perform a variety of tasks independently within established guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a comprehensive range of risk management services, ensuring adherence to service level agreements with minimal supervision.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and agents through effective communication and consultation, primarily via phone and virtual meetings.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to evaluate risk levels, understand client operations, and prioritize risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with underwriting teams to offer insights and support informed business decisions. Prepare detailed reports, value estimates, and strategic recommendations for business partners.
- Participate in client visits and other marketing interactions to achieve business objectives, focusing on growth, retention, and market perception.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Risk Control Services.
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management or equivalent work experience.
- Insurance certifications/designations are a plus.
