Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Efficiency: Provide meaningful value and advancements in efficiency within the back office function.
- Standards and Procedures: Apply advanced education techniques to all facets of the firm.

Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistical Modeling, Calculus, Physics, Applied Math, or related disciplines with a GPA of 3.5 or above.
- Experience: 4-6 years in a challenging accounting or hedge fund operations role. Experience in fixed income, settlement of private exchanges, or legal review is a bonus.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel is essential.
