Exciting Opportunity for a Senior E&S Commercial Property Underwriter!
Are you an experienced underwriter with a passion for property programs? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a leading specialty insurance provider as a Senior E&S Commercial Property Underwriter. In this role, you will manage technical underwriting reviews and portfolio management for E&S small commercial property programs, including Commercial Property, Inland Marine, and Builder's Risk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate new program opportunities and manage new business and renewals
- Monitor catastrophe exposure and guide product development
- Work with MGAs and MGUs, buying and reinsuring programs
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of commercial property underwriting experience, particularly in small business segments
- Experience with MGA and MGU relationships
- Familiarity with admitted and E&S lines, especially commercial casualty
- Background with large insurance companies preferred
