Senior Actuarial Analyst - Health

This position is fully remote, offering flexibility and the chance to collaborate with colleagues across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the analysis of healthcare data and development of actuarial models
- Prepare reports and presentations, clearly explaining complex actuarial concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Support the management of actuarial projects and contribute to meeting deadlines and project goals
- Collaborate with senior actuaries and analysts to perform technical actuarial work
- Contribute to the preparation of rate filings and other regulatory submissions
- Actively participate in team discussions and offer suggestions for improvements or process enhancements
Qualifications:
Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related field
- Actively pursuing ASA designation
- 2-5 years of experience in health actuarial work
- Strong proficiency in Excel and actuarial software tools
- Familiarity with SAS, SQL, or R is a plus

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
