Quantitative Risk Analyst (m,f,d)
We have a current opportunity for a Quantitative Risk Analyst with a large energy company based in Northern Germany.
This job requires expertise in gas markets. Candidates should be proficient in Python, have basic reporting skills (ideally with Power BI knowledge), and possess basic German language skills.
Applicants should have at least 3 years of experience in energy trading, particularly in risk or front office roles. Key duties include daily PnL monitoring, collaboration with the front office, risk analysis and adjustments, portfolio oversight, quantitative modeling, automated reporting, and proactive portfolio management. This position is ideal for someone with a strong technical background and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
