As a Business / Product Developer (m/f/d), you will play a key role within the Products team in Augsburg or Frankfurt Main.

We, in the products team, are shaping the future and are in charge of maintaining and evolving our product shelf with a view to keeping it relevant in an ever-changing business environment. We are a direct enabler of new business by determining a compelling global product strategy, promoting our product offering across different markets, and creating appealing real estate and infrastructure products for our global private wealth and institutional clients.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support business development and manage the development of our new private markets products (e.g., funds, mandates, co-investments, JVs, etc.), notably with a focus on market-led business opportunities in global real estate and infrastructure.

  • Structure & launch new private market funds or mandates, including helping identify the relevant investment thesis, proforma business modeling, analysis of track record, working closely with our Legal, Tax & Servicing teams, as well as managing third-party service providers.

  • Assist with fundraising and client relations by working closely with our investment teams and Capital Markets team to produce marketing, investor relations, and due diligence materials for existing investors and prospects.

  • Deliver market intelligence to investment teams and leadership, aiding in decision-making and product alignment.

  • Conduct competitor analyses, monitor the competitive landscape as well as investor trends/requirements, and translate them into product improvements and new client-led opportunities.

  • Build a solid understanding of our investment track record, service offering, and capabilities to be able to respond to prospects' queries when marketing new funds or mandates.

  • Support senior management with strategic and meaningful product-related analyses for efficient decision-making and effective corporate management.

What We Look For

  • Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of work experience in the Financial Services industry - ideally within an alternative investment management business. Fundraising project management experience is particularly well received.

  • Relevant experience can include fund management, investor relations, or business development.

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure with a positive, proactive approach to work and an ability to perform in a driven team-willingness to get involved in a variety of tasks.

  • Very strong analytic skillset with impeccable attention to detail and time management.

  • Confidence with an open communication style and well-developed interpersonal skills.

  • Strong administrative skills and competencies in all Microsoft packages-excellent PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills are essential.

  • Fluent English language skills are a must-German language skills are desirable.
