Pay Application Engineer
Job Purpose:
Manage and process monthly pay applications, ensuring accurate and timely submission, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining contract compliance.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field.
- Experience in pay application management or similar role in construction preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Pay Application Management:
- Prepare and submit monthly pay applications.
- Review and verify invoices for accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in financial forecasts and budgets.
Coordination and Communication:
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings on pay application status.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Prepare regular reports on pay application status.
Compliance and Quality Control:
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- Perform quality control checks.
- Address discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
