Marketing Lead (Advertisements/Campaigns)

Our client is a global crypto exchange who is looking to expand their team in Singapore.

They are looking for an lead to focused on boosting user acquisition, transactions, and ROI across key platforms such as Google, Facebook, TikTok, and various DSP channels, with a strong emphasis on app advertising.

Responsiblities:

  • Team Leadership and Coaching
    Guide and inspire team members to strengthen their advertising and data analysis skills, ensuring the successful execution of strategies.

  • Campaign Planning, Execution, and Enhancement
    Create and implement global advertising strategies across platforms such as Google, Facebook, TikTok, and DSP, fine-tuning creatives, budget management, and performance through data-driven insights.

  • Platform Optimization and Performance Analysis
    Gain expertise in major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) and manage budgets effectively. Use tools like Google Analytics and AppsFlyer to evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience
    At least 5 years of experience in digital advertising, specializing in global performance marketing campaigns. Demonstrated success in overseeing app advertising campaigns from strategy through to execution.

  • Skills
    Expert in using platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and DSP channels. Proficient in data analysis tools like Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, and Adjust. Strong understanding of ROI optimization and data-driven campaign improvements. Knowledgeable in programmatic advertising and cross-platform campaign management.

  • Leadership and Collaboration
    Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, ensuring effective coordination and performance. Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Language Proficiency
    Fluent in English, enabling smooth communication with global teams and partners.

  • Education
    A Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, advertising, or a related field is preferred.
