Investor Relations Operations Analyst
Position Overview:
A leading real estate investment firm is seeking an Investor Relations Operations Analyst to support our Investor Relations and Fundraising teams by managing data, reporting, and operational processes related to investor communications.
Key Responsibilities
Investor Reporting & Data Management: Maintain and update investor records, manage CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamo, or similar), and ensure accuracy of investor data.
Performance Reporting: Assist in the preparation and distribution of quarterly investor reports, financial statements, and fund performance summaries.
Capital Calls & Distributions: Coordinate capital call and distribution processes, ensuring timely execution and communication with investors.
Fundraising Support: Track investor engagement, support due diligence processes, and help prepare materials for fundraising initiatives.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, manage investor KYC/AML processes, and oversee subscription document processing.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiencies in investor reporting, communications, and CRM management.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years in investor relations, fund administration, financial services, private equity, real estate, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/databases (Salesforce, Dynamo, Juniper Square, etc.). Familiarity with fund structures and performance metrics is a plus.
Analytical & Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to analyze investor data, and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with investors, stakeholders, and internal teams.
