About the Job
An established, innovative real asset management firm with several billion in assets under management is looking to expand their team by adding an Investor Relations Associate to their growing team!
As an Investor Relations Associate, you will be responsible for answering investor inquiries, processing capital activity, supporting financial analysis in response to investor requests, and playing an important role in due diligence with current and prospective investors.
The Investor Relations Associate will be responsible for:
- Process capital calls
- Relay strategic information, performance updates and market insights to investors
- Oversee the AML/KYC protocols, ensuring regulatory compliance and deadlines
- Review LP sub-documents
- Focus on DDQs and RFPs for potential and current investors
- Oversee the distribution of K-1 tax documents to investors, ensuring regulatory compliance and deadlines
The Investor Associate should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations or Business Development realm, ideally within a financial services or investment management firm
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Understanding of financial markets, investment principles and regulatory requirements (investor relations and tax reporting).
