Investor Relations Associate
An alternative investment manager is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to join the team. The successful candidate will support the firm's investor relations efforts, focusing on client servicing, capital raising, and investor communications. This role provides a unique opportunity to interact directly with institutional investors and play a critical part in the firm's growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and update marketing materials, investor presentations, and pitch books.

Manage the investor due diligence process, including responding to RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs.

Coordinate and support capital raising activities, including roadshows and investor meetings.

Develop and maintain CRM databases to track investor interactions and fundraising activities.

Assist in drafting quarterly reports, investor letters, and other client communications.

Collaborate with internal teams (investment, legal, compliance) to ensure accurate and consistent messaging.

Monitor industry trends and provide insights to enhance investor engagement.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.

1-4 years of experience in investor relations, private credit, asset management, or a related financial services field.

Strong understanding of private credit markets and alternative investments.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
