Investor Relations Associate
Selby Jennings has partnered with a global multi-billion PE firm with a strong presence in APAC. The firm is currently seeking an Associate to join their office in Korea within their Capital Markets Department. This role will support investor communication and relationship management, as well as assist in fundraising activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide fund management service to existing investors.
- Liaise with Korean local asset management companies and the ultimate beneficiary investors.
- Assist in fundraising activities for Korea and for the rest of the company.
- Assist in underwriting new overseas investment deals.
- Prepare investment proposals to the key target Korean LPs with extensive market studies and macro research.
- Other related works required either by Capital Markets team management or headquarters office.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines.
- At least 2 years' relevant experience at placement agents, investment banking, private equity fund or investor relations preferred.
- Possess strong research, analytical, numerical, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Korean.
- Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently.
