Investment Banking Vice President will be responsible for:

  • Executing transactions for clients in the Technology Sector.
  • Performing analysis on potential mergers and acquisitions of companies in the Software, Hardware, and broader Technology space.
  • Supporting senior leadership with innovative ideas and visual analyses.
  • Leading deal execution, including due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation.
  • Managing client relationships and providing strategic advice.

Investment Banking Vice President should have the following qualifications:

  • 5-6+ years of M&A experience within Investment Banking.
  • Ability to perform data analysis as well as visualization methods.
  • Extensive experience across the Technology space (Software, Hardware, IT Services, Telecommunications).
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
