Company Summary: We are currently partnered with a well established, high performing specialty investment bank focused on the Industrials sector. Given the success their team has seen, they are currently looking to add an Investment Banking Managing Director to the team to assist in diversifying their coverage sectors within Industrials.
Location: Houston, TX Denver, CO or Raleigh, NC
The Investment Banking Managing Director will be responsible for:
- Originating new business in the Building Products, Construction, Engineering, or Building Materials sector
- Assisting in the training and mentoring of junior investment bankers
- Overseeing the entire transaction process from origination to successful completion
- Working collaboratively with other senior team members to nurture existing client relationships
The Investment Banking Managing Director should have:
- 8+ years of investment banking experience (preferably in the Building Products, Construction, Engineering, or Building Materials sectors)
- Proven success originating middle market M&A transactions
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or other related field
- A built out book of business in the Building Products Construction, Engineering, or Building materials sector
- Direct ties or openness to relocate to either Houston, TX Denver, CO or Raleigh, NC
