About the Role: Are you a dynamic and experienced professional with a passion for mergers and acquisitions in the digital infrastructure sector? We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our client's high-performing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support M&A transactions from inception to completion, including due diligence, financial modelling, and valuation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets.
- Develop and present strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and opportunities.

Qualifications:
