Company Summary: We are currently partnered with a high performing boutique Investment Bank located in Nashville, TN looking to add an Associate to their team. This individual will have the opportunity to work on a lean team directly under the head of the firm, gain extensive M&A experience across a variety of industry sectors, and join a firm focused on growth.
The Investment Banking Associate will be responsible for:
- Supporting senior leadership on the execution of M&A transactions throughout the life cycle of the deal
- Interacting with both new and existing clients
- Assisting in the expansion of the firm by training and mentoring new Analysts
The Investment Banking Associate should have:
- At least 2 years of Investment Banking experience (any industry)
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field
- Direct ties to Nashville, TN
