Title: Investment Banking Associate (FIG)
Location: Washington DC or REMOTE
Company Summary: We are currently partnered with a specialty boutique Investment Bank located in Washington DC with a focus on the Financial Institution Groups sector looking to add an Associate to their active deal team. This individual will have the opportunity to be part of a high performing team that has performed well consistently, and competes against large names in the industry. This individual will have the option to sit out of the firms Washington DC location or work remotely from anywhere in the US.
The Investment Banking Associate will be responsible for:
- Working closely with Senior Leadership at the firm to provide support on the execution side throughout the entire lifecycle of the deal
- Training and mentoring Analysts on the team
- Creating pitch decks, marketing materials, financial models, and interacting with clients
- Understanding the FIG industry sector and conducting market research to stay abreast of relevant industry trends
The Investment Banking Associate should have:
- At least 3 years of Investment Banking experience in the FIG sector, specifically depositories
- A Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- A passion or interest for the FIG sector
- Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
