The firm is generalist with strong expertise in healthcare, alongside sectors such as consumer & retail, industrials, tech, and business services. With an exciting year ahead, they're looking to expand their team to meet increasing demand.
Position Overview:
We're seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to support our client in growing its team in Miami. This role involves working on M&A and restructuring transactions across multiple industries. The Analyst will assist with financial modeling, due diligence, pitch materials, and client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in financial modeling, valuations, and due diligence for M&A and restructuring transactions.
- Prepare marketing materials (pitch books, teasers, presentations).
- Conduct industry research and assist in identifying potential targets or acquirers.
- Work with senior bankers to support transaction execution from start to finish.
- Manage deal-related documentation and communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 1-2 years of investment banking or relevant experience.
- Strong skills in financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Experience in healthcare is a plus, but expertise in other sectors (consumer & retail, industrials, tech) is also valued.
