Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract onshore customers and maximize revenue.
- Achieve high sales and service standards.
- Manage and develop staff performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct due diligence exercises for clients.
Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline.
- Professional qualifications (e.g., CLI, CGI, HI, M1B, M5, M6, M6A, M8, M8A, M9, M9A).
- At least 10 years of banking sales experience.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products.
- Excellent customer service and people management skills.
