Head of Finance Operations (Shared Services)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans for the finance shared services organization, overseeing setup, operation, and scaling of functions like accounts payable, inter-company transactions, accounts receivable, tax/regulatory reporting, and group reporting.
- Co-ordinate with the executive leadership team and operational teams, ensuring effective use of emerging technologies to optimize resources and engaging with internal customers and stakeholders for timely delivery of services.
- Implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency, ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and align with group policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in finance operations within the asset management industry, with CPA or CA qualification.
- Proven experience in setting up or scaling shared service organizations, strong leadership and team management skills, and in-depth understanding of shared services tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of financial law and risk management, excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in relevant software and tools.
- Experience with Oracle, Onestream, Coupa, or similar systems, project management certifications, and advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
