Key Responsibilities
- Equity Research & Analysis: Perform bottom-up fundamental analysis across global public markets, covering multiple sectors.
- Financial Modeling & Valuation: Build and maintain DCF, comparable company, and other valuation models to assess investment opportunities.
- Investment Recommendations: Present well-researched stock ideas with clear risk/reward assessments to the investment team.
- Market & Sector Insights: Monitor macroeconomic trends, industry dynamics, and company-specific catalysts.
- Portfolio Monitoring: Track financial performance, earnings reports, and key investment theses for portfolio holdings.
- Due Diligence: Engage with company management, industry experts, and sell-side analysts to gather insights and validate research.
Key Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in equity research, investment banking, asset management, or hedge funds.
- Strong knowledge of fundamental analysis, financial modeling, and valuation techniques.
- Experience covering global equities with a generalist mindset and sector-agnostic approach.
- Engineering background (e.g., electrical, mechanical, or software engineering) is highly preferred, especially for candidates covering technology, semiconductors, or industrials.
- Proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg, Capital IQ, and other financial tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and a passion for long-term investing.
