Director, Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) Distribution
Role Overview: Support sales and marketing strategy, improve processes, manage relationships, and lead junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage deal pipeline and bids.
- Develop stakeholder relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams.
- Contribute to pricing strategy.
- Ensure governance in transactions.
Additional Duties:
- Research market trends.
- Present PRT value proposition.
- Develop solutions for transactions.
- Manage junior staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 6-8 years of experience, including supervisory roles.
- PRT or Retirement consultant experience.
- Insurance license (within 90 days).
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
- Project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree or credentials - MBA, CFA, Actuarial Desginations.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs
