Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our clients team in Charlotte, NC. The Director of FP&A will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of the company, providing insightful analysis, and driving business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the FP&A team in developing and implementing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
