A leading vertically integrated Real Estate Investment firm is seeking to add a Director of Asset Management to their growing team. Having decades of experience investing in real estate and several billion in assets under management, this firm is poised for the next phase of growth. The experienced Asset Management professional will have the opportunity to come in at an impactful time for the firm, driving operational efficiency of the current portfolio and playing a strategic leadership role for the team.
The team is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Asset Management to lead the asset management team with a focus on commercial real estate, particularly industrial and office assets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving leasing and revenue growth, overseeing reporting, and enhancing value creation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
- Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Monitor and manage asset performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for value enhancement and operational improvements.
- Implement best practices to optimize asset performance.
- Lead initiatives to enhance property value and tenant satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred.
- Proven experience in asset management - strong experience with industrial and office assets preferred.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving growth and efficiency.
