What you'll be doing…
- Reporting to the CFO and assisting with FP&A and Financial Reporting efforts for the multibillion-dollar insurance firm.
- Oversee a team of finance and accounting staff responsible for financial reporting, financial planning, developing and maintaining budgets, and more.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide financial insights to executive leadership.
What you'll need to be successful…
- 10+ years' experience working in finance within the insurance industry. Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify financial statements for both GAAP & STAT reporting.
- Demonstrated leadership and strong decision-making abilities
