Chief Risk Officer (m/w/d)
My client company is a private banking group based in Luxembourg, currently looking for a Chief Risk Officer to join them.
Main responsibilities:
- Aligning strategic vision with risk appetite, and coordinating with Group Risk function.
- Overseeing risk management activities and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Managing ICAAP, ILAAP, and recovery plan documents.
- Collaborating with cross functional teams (Finance, Operations, IT) and participating in committees for risk direction.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similarly related fields.
- Proven experience working and leading a team in the risk management field, within Private Banking.
- Expertise in developing risk management and regulatory frameworks.
- Fluent in English and French (C1).
