What you'll be doing…
- Scheduling assigned audits to ensure compliance with NCCI and WCIRB company policies
- Reviewing and validating payroll/tax records, and financial statements that accurately align with the payroll classification
- Lead and coach a team through audit procedures and disputes to provide guidance and optimize processes
What you'll need to be successful…
- Minimum of 10 years of payroll audit experience and 4+ years of leadership experience
- APA, CPCU certification preferred
- Familiarity with WCIRB and NCCI regulations and rules
