Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Associate to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in investment banking or Big 4 corporate finance/M&A, with strong analytical skills and a passion for finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive financial analyses and valuations using standard techniques such as the Income and Market Approach.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support valuation and investment decisions.
- Collect and analyse performance data from various sources, including portfolio companies and third-party service providers.
- Prepare detailed valuation reports and presentations for investment committees, boards, and auditors.
- Assist in the integration of valuation tools and systems, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
- Manage relationships with auditors and vendors, ensuring compliance and timely sign-off on deliverables.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality, accurate, and timely valuation services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in investment banking or Big 4 corporate finance/M&A.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
