Private Equity Senior Associate
Key Responsibilities
Investment Analysis & Execution
- Conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation of potential private equity investments (directs, co-investments, and funds).
- Assist in structuring and negotiating deal terms and legal documentation.
- Prepare investment memoranda and present recommendations to the investment committee.
Deal Sourcing & Market Intelligence
- Support senior team members in sourcing new investment opportunities via industry research, networking, and existing relationships.
- Track market trends, sector performance, and competitor activities.
Portfolio Management
- Monitor and manage existing portfolio companies, including attending board meetings, tracking KPIs, and supporting value creation initiatives.
- Perform ongoing portfolio analysis and contribute to quarterly reporting and valuations.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Liaise with fund managers, advisors, bankers, and co-investors throughout the investment lifecycle.
- Support internal collaboration with other investment teams and functions (legal, compliance, operations).
