About the Role: Are you an experienced M&A professional with a passion for infrastructure? We are seeking a talented and driven M&A Associate to join our client's team in Paris. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a Multi-National Investment Bank on high-profile transactions and contribute to the growth and development of critical infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support M&A transactions from inception to completion, including due diligence, financial modelling, and valuation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, partners, and industry experts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in M&A, with a strong track record in the infrastructure sector.
- Excellent financial modelling, analytical, and valuation skills.
- Strong understanding of the infrastructure market and industry trends.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Fluency in both French and English is required.
- Must relocate to the Paris Office.
