Investment Manager (Female)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities in startups and emerging companies.
- Conduct thorough due diligence, including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment.
- Develop and present investment proposals to senior management and investment committees.
- Monitor and manage portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance and support to drive growth and success.
- Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, industry experts, and other investors.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform investment decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align investment strategies with corporate goals and objectives.
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking.
- Proven track record of successful investments and portfolio management.
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen to identify and capitalize on investment opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
