Company Summary: We are currently partnered with a reputable Middle Market Investment Bank looking to add on an Investment Banking Associate to their Depositories team out of Atlanta! This bank is known for their stellar quality of work and highly intelligent and experienced team. This is a great opportunity to join a close-knit and dynamic team that is seeing incredible success on the market.
Responsibilities:
- Managing deal execution, run projects and help manage a lean deal team
- Overseeing due diligence processes and materials
- Working closely with Managing Directors to execute on M&A deals
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Investment Banking experience
- A background in the FIG sector and experience within depositories, community or regional banks
- M&A and Capital Markets deal experience
- MBA or Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields
