Our team is collaborating with a prominent investment firm focused on early to growth-stage investments, and they are expanding their team in Singapore. As part of their growth strategy, they are looking for a talented Investment Analyst to help identify global investment opportunities, conduct in-depth due diligence, and drive value within their portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a technical background who are interested in the world of investment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Global Investment Sourcing: Identify and source global investment opportunities, with a focus on Deep Tech, Emerging Tech, Semiconductors, Hardware, and other innovative sectors.
- Due Diligence & Evaluation: Lead the due diligence process to assess the commercial viability of potential investments, evaluating both technical and financial aspects.
- Portfolio Management: Actively manage and grow portfolio value by supporting strategic initiatives, overseeing corporate actions, and driving operational improvements across portfolio companies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to align strategic goals and facilitate value creation for investments.
Qualifications:
- Education: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in relevant sectors, such as Deep Tech, Emerging Tech, Semiconductors, or Hardware. Investment experience is not mandatory.
- Additional Qualifications: An MBA, CFA, or PhD in a related field would be advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across technical and business domains.
