JR Audit Manager
Our client is part of a global network of public accounting firms, providing audit, tax, and advisory services to clients across various industries. They are looking for a motivated Junior Audit Manager to join their team. As a Junior Audit Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple clients and audit teams. You will focus on delivering high-quality audit services to clients in the financial services industry, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage audit engagements for multiple clients.
Lead and coordinate audit teams with a solution-oriented approach.
Develop and compile audit programs and plans.
Independently draft top memos, entire reports, and concept management letters.
Maintain client relationships at management level and directly below.
Handle special assignments as part of a team.
Conduct internal technical training and presentations.
Assist in executing the annual risk-based audit plan and evaluate it based on emerging risks.
Manage and participate in audits, including workpaper review, identifying risks/issues, preparing reports, and escalating relevant matters to management and GIA management.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in auditing, preferably in the financial services industry.
Relevant auditing/accounting qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, RA).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English.
