They are seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to join their growing Tampa team, providing exposure to high-impact M&A transactions and strategic advisory work across the RIA industry.
Job Summary:
As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will support the execution of M&A transactions and capital advisory services, working on financial modeling, due diligence, and market research. This role offers excellent opportunities for professional growth within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing buy- and sell-side M&A transactions and capital strategy projects.
- Build and maintain financial models (DCF, precedent transactions, comps).
- Prepare pitch decks, client presentations, and transaction materials.
- Conduct industry and company research in the wealth and asset management space.
- Support due diligence and manage communication between clients, legal teams, and advisors.
- Contribute to business development and client relationship management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 1-2 years of investment banking, transaction advisory, or relevant financial services experience.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of the wealth and asset management sector is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
