Head of Institutional Desk

They are seeking a self-motivated and client-focused Head of Institutional Relations to join their team in Germany. In this role, you will establish and manage a new desk to support institutional clients, handle enquiries, escalations, and change requests, and coordinate annual due diligence's and regulatory audits. You will also foster strong business relationships with institutional clients and TPA partners
About the Role:
- Managing support for institutional clients, special pools, and the TPA (Third Party Administration) business, ensuring KPIs are met, including reporting.
- Handling enquiries and escalations, evaluating and monitoring change requests for existing services.
- Supporting and coordinating annual due diligence's and regulatory audit requests.
- Acting as the main contact for ongoing relationships with institutional clients and TPA business partners, developing strong business and strategic relationships.
- Supporting clients in all daily business requests, making it as easy as possible to do business whilst representing their interests.
About You:
- Relevant degree and professional experience in the banking or financial services sector.
- 5+ years of experience in sales or client service with a strong sales orientation.
- You have experience dealing with demanding clients and a good understanding of processes.
- As a team lead, you enjoy working with people and in a team and are comfortable communicating across the team.
- You are comfortable in building and maintaining customer relationships.
- You have a native or near-native level of German.
