Credit Research Analyst | Global Asset Manager
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth fundamental research on corporate credits in Asia, including Greater China, across various sectors. Integrate industry trends into this analysis.
- Clearly and effectively communicate research findings to portfolio managers and other investment professionals.
- Ensure high-quality outputs in financial modeling, industry trend analysis, and credit review presentations for portfolio managers.
- Engage with company management, sell-side analysts, and rating agencies. Attend relevant industry conferences and investor meetings.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in fundamental research in corporate credit, equity, or a rating agency. Preference for equity research background. Experience with Greater China companies is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in fundamental analysis and financial modeling.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively share insights with portfolio managers and the investment team.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Willingness to work with quantitative tools for portfolio construction.
- CFA designation or progress towards it is preferred.
- Possession of a Taiwan license for SITCA registration.
