AVP/VP Portfolio Management (Infrastructure)

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and Negotiate: Handle amendment, waiver, and consent requests from borrowers, write credit memos, review legal documentation, and ensure timely execution of internal workflows.
  • Monitor Portfolios: Research market data, update internal databases, and maintain performance tables to analyze key credit metrics.
  • Financial Reviews: Assess borrowers' financial conditions, prepare cash flow projections, and track ratings of counterparties.
  • Transaction Support: Assist with draw and disbursement packages, review Letter of Credit issuances, and monitor reporting deliverables.
  • Compliance and Analytics: Track covenant compliance, update credit templates, and support portfolio analytics and projections.
  • Team Collaboration: Support team members in client communications and transaction execution, manage lender communications, and keep track of voting thresholds.
  • Audit and Administrative Tasks: Assist with audit requests and portfolio administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree required; CFA is a plus. MBA or technical graduate degrees preferred.
  • Experience: For Associates, 4-5 years of relevant work experience; for VPs, 5-6 years, particularly in energy, renewables, structured debt, or project finance. Prior banking experience is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong credit analysis and client management skills, with the ability to evaluate key credit risks and mitigants.
  • Travel: Ability to travel regionally, up to 15%.
