Key Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy & Market Expansion - Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to onboard new clients and expand relationships across multiple business lines.

  • Leadership & Team Management - Oversee, mentor, and lead a high-performing business development team to achieve ambitious targets.

  • Proven Track Record - 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing leadership role within financial services, fintech, or crypto.
