Deal Sourcing & Origination: Identify and cultivate relationships with high-growth startups, founders, and industry leaders to generate a strong pipeline of investment opportunities.
Due Diligence & Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive market research, financial modeling, competitive analysis, and risk assessment to evaluate potential investments.
Investment Structuring & Execution: Lead negotiations on term sheets, deal structuring, and investment agreements in collaboration with legal and financial advisors.
Portfolio Management: Act as a strategic advisor to portfolio companies, providing mentorship, operational support, and guidance on scaling, fundraising, and exit strategies.
Market & Industry Research: Stay ahead of emerging trends, disruptive technologies, and market dynamics to refine investment strategies.
Networking & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with entrepreneurs, co-investors, accelerators, and industry experts.
Fundraising & LP Engagement: Support fundraising activities by engaging with Limited Partners (LPs), preparing investment reports, and presenting portfolio performance.
