Job Title: MENA Rates Sales - Institutional Clients

A leading global investment bank is looking to hire a MENA Rates Sales professional to join its Fixed Income team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for covering institutional clients across the MENA region, with a strong emphasis on delivering interest rate products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow relationships with institutional clients across the Middle East, including asset managers, banks, sovereigns, and pension funds
Originate and execute flow and structured rates products, including government bonds, swaps, and options
Provide market insights, trade ideas, and tailored rate solutions aligned with client strategies
Collaborate closely with trading, research, and structuring teams to deliver best-in-class service
Drive revenue growth through deep client engagement and strategic coverage
Key Requirements:
Strong experience in Rates Sales within a global markets environment
Existing, active client relationships in the MENA institutional space
Deep product knowledge of interest rate derivatives, bonds, and macro fixed income strategies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record in client development
Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai
