Japanese Retail Leasing Manager (Commercial Leasing)

Job Description

  • Oversee the day-to-day leasing operations and provide guidance to the team.
  • Collaborate with the Team Lead to develop and implement leasing strategies to maximise rental income and occupancy rates.
  • Conduct market research on rental trends, competitor benchmarks, and occupancy costs to ensure the portfolio remains competitive.
  • Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy of the annual rental budget and rental forecasts.
  • Provide regular market insights to management, including updates on supply, demand, pricing trends, competitive landscape, and overall market positioning of assets.
  • Negotiate and structure lease agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Foster strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and key industry stakeholders to drive leasing performance

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Estate Management, Business, or Marketing.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant leasing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
